Leadership Refocused was founded from a personal realization: I was leading everyone and everything around me, except myself.
My journey of rebuilding self-trust, establishing healthy boundaries, and rediscovering my authentic self became the foundation of my work as a coach, consultant, and author of Re-Embrace You.

With 15 years of experience in process improvement, 3 years in business development, and 4 years in training and development, he helps clients turn ideas into practical and measurable results.
